    Josh purchases his first live-and-flip in Knoxville, TN, and begins building his real estate portfolio across Indiana.

    2022

    Josh becomes a licensed real estate broker and crosses $10 million in transaction volume, expanding into multi-family and rental properties.

    Jan 2023

    Hoosier Homes Management LLC is officially founded, a family business built on faith, transparency, and a passion for serving Indiana property owners.

Josh Keen

Owner & Licensed Real Estate Broker

Josh began investing in real estate in 2021, starting with a live-and-flip in Knoxville, TN before expanding into rental properties across Indiana. As a licensed broker, he has closed over $40 million in real estate transaction volume.

With a background in construction, Josh brings hands-on expertise to renovation projects, helping investors design and execute their vision from concept to completion. He also hosts the Hoosier Homes podcast, a weekly show featuring interviews with real estate and business industry experts.

Outside of work, Josh is fiercely competitive (basketball, board games, soccer with his kids) and plays saxophone, drums, guitar, and piano.

Ami Welch

Marketing & Property Manager

Ami brings a global perspective and sharp organizational skills to Hoosier Homes. Born and raised in Africa, she swam competitively from elementary school through college and spent three years as an events coordinator — building the communication and logistics skills she now applies to property management.

She holds a degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Business and Bible from The Master's University. Ami keeps the team and our clients on track through strategic marketing and attentive communication. An avid traveler, she is married to her best friend, Caleb.
